Process requirement
To process an order, various Organization unit (workgroup, department) provide services within the scope of specified workflow. These services can be requested in lbase by an organization unit using what are known as process requirementen (hereafter referred to as PRs).
Profile
A profile in lbase Online includes a configuration, which is make from the administrator. The profiles assigned to the user who is logged in are displayed for selection.
Sorting
The sorting defines the sort order of the results.
Text address
A text address is only temporary, i.e. can only be used once. It is not possible to search for this address.
